I wanna give Influenster a big shout out. Thank you for all the awesome vox boxes you have sent me ! I am sorry for not being able to give my full reviews as far as posting on my blog and yt  channel goes. W/ everything that has been happening w/ me, Influenster was on of the many things that had to be last on my list. But now as things are getting better, Influenster has been put back on the top of my list. So look out for a big Influenster blog post review of all the things that had been sent to me ... If you don't know about Influenster where have you been ???

Influenster is a really great program. You sign up on their website ( www.influenster.com ) and do surveys that pertain to your and your daily life : gadets, beauty, mommy, cooking etc. If selected based on your survey you will be sent products to test out. In return you do reviews on their site, your blog, social media such as fb, twitter etc and yt channel and get the word out on how the product worked for you. The more active you stay the more products your sent to test out. Its a win-win. Go check it out & sign up if you havent !

Waaasssss Upppp ?!?!

 Lol, Idk how many times I keep commin here sayin imma come back soon. But I truly am ! I have neglected this for too long and I never intended to start a blog and not stay w/ it. So my late New Years resolution is to stay committed to my blog. Since getting married almost 2 years ago and addin a third child to our lovely family, I had financial & health problems and have put alot off cause of that. I need to get back on track w/ not only my blog, my family, health, weight loss and career. So lets cross our fingers, pray & stay positive to reach these goals. Hope you all are having a good year & the rest of it be awesome.

QUAKER Soft Baked Oatmeal Cookies =)

I was lucky to be chosen for Influenster's mom vox box. And boy am I glad I did. If you don't know about Influenster, it's an awesome site where you take surveys on all different things like beauty, electronics, home etc, just anything really. If your lucky enough you will be chosen to test out awesome items. Some of the items are not even in stores yet. Then you do reviews on each item. Easy and fun, check them out !

This mom vox box had some really good items to test out. One thing was these QUAKER SOFT BAKED OATMEAL cookies. This was the very first thing I wanted to test because I looove oatmeal raisin cookies ! And let me tell you these cookies are awesome ! Not only are these cookies are delicious but they are also good for you too. Soft baked cookies are made with whole grain oats, has a good source of fiber, individually packaged and only have 6 grams of fat per serving (info found on influenster website) ! These are good for me to use as a treat since I have been working on my weight & eating habits.


They are not to sweet, and are very soft. The raisins were nice and plump as well, and not hard like other oatmeal cookies I have tasted. These have a nice Cinnamon flavor which gives them a home made taste to them as well. Well worth to go out and buy these bad boys ! You can find these yummy Quaker cookies at just about every major retail store & run for about $2.69. Not bad for some really good cookies, store brand cookies can be around that price as well but not have the quality as the Quaker Soft Baked.

Weeeell Hello Strangers !!!

Wow my last post was in June !!! Well hello everyone, how has everyone been ? As for me a lot has happened since the last time I posted. The two major things are: I had got married in May on our 10 yr anniversary =) Exactly a month later I found out we were pregnant w/ our third baby =)). We call it our best wedding gift ! I was like perfect I can blog about my pregnancy ... =/ not !

Just like many other pregnancies there were the good and bad parts. I think I was equal on both. I had morning sickness the first couple of months and then got sick w/ colds and stuff after my morning sickness went away. And the standard back gain, out of breath, major cravings, sleep all day, not enough sleep kinds of stuff. In December I thought I was going into labor, I was having really bad lower back and stomach pain. My husband knew he had to take me to the hospital when he seen me crying (I can take pain very well). Well it turns out my kidneys were inflamed and I had gallstones =(. Idk if anyone has had gallstones, but by far the worst pain ever ! Rather be in labor no lie. But after that everything was well and had a beautiful girl in February <3.

Now that everything & everyone here has settled back into the groove of things, I figured I would get back into my blog and maybe even start up my YouTube (maybe, I've always wanted it but I'm very shy. My sister started a video and now I'm inspired). I have many ideas for the blog: my labor story, gall stones story, weight loss and of course makeup & mommy-ness stuff. If any of you (my 2 followers) have any questions or suggestions or ideas etc, please feel free to comment below. I'll post below pics of my belly-ness. Remember when  we were little and we use to practically pray that we couldn't wait til we grew up and become an adult ?  Now we cant keep up with the hours in a day . Time flies by so fast , which is making me older ! This is not what I prayed for lol .

A new month = a new goal , new attitude and new changes .

Welcome to my blog.
I have read many blogs, some really good ones and some not so good. But I have always been curious to try writing a blog and have my input on things out there. But I just never did for a few reasons, and of course I will give you them....
1. Where to start ? There are so many blog sites to pick and choose from, and then to get familiar with the layouts, settings and all that blog jazz, can kinda seem overwhelming.
2. What to blog about ??? As a stay at home mother and wife not a whole lot happens much round here. Other than the potty training mishaps, dinners that I have no idea what I was trying to make and my love for the smell of bleach when cleaning the house (and no I'm not talking bout getting a high off it lol). And there always been my... I guess you can say love affair for makeup and hair. I say love affair cause I sometimes hide my true passion of it all. I have always loved makeup since I was probably in junior high. I had always seen pictures of my mom when she was younger and Priscilla Presley and I feel in love with the whole era of thin eyebrows and winged eyeliner (a look I have been sporting since well junior high lol). I have been doing makeup and hair, mostly hair and brows on friends and family since bout that time too. I'm not all professional and artsy talented like some amazing people I've seen on youtube, but I've always gotten good comments and clients so I guess I somewhat know what I'm doing.... And I think I'm going of topic just a tad so back to my question, what to blog about ?. I didn't just want another makeup blog so lets see if I end up mixing it up a little with my house life, music and what ever else goes through my 50 mph but comes to many red lights and sits there mind.
And 3. Would anyone read this ? I know I have to get my blog out there but afraid of becoming one of those not so good blogs. I do realize you can't please everyone but we all would like to try.

So I guess you can see I finally got the balls to give it a try. So lets see what happens. Hopefully I will get my actual first blog up soon and of course it will be about makeup. Be warned my blog may end up consisting mainly of makeup, I'm still not sure what direction I want to take, I do get lost alot lol.

Ooook, I really don't like blogs that go on and on an on and on, well you get the point. Unless its on a story of life experiences, but I guess you would call that a book. But as for review purposes I really do love blogs that state the facts and get to the point, and that is why I only follow a handful of blogs. Ok really I would follow more but I always forget to click on the follow button, then my butt is going through my web history trying to find that persons blog lol. So hopefully soon I will get on track and follow my fav blogs and do a post on people I like to follow and or watch on youtube....Here I go again, geez ! I promise my blog reviews won't be like this unless its necessary.
